STEP BONE CUT ASSOCIATION Important Disclosure Statement
認定ライセンス取得のためにステップボーンカットアソシエーション（以下「当協会」という。）主催のステップボーンカットアカデミー基礎認定コースを下記に同意した上で申込みます。
I/We hereby agree to accept and abide by the terms of this agreement in order to apply to the STEP BONE CUT ACADEMY’s Basic Certificate Course held by STEP BONE CUT ASSOCIATION JAPAN, hereinafter called “association”.

Contribute to the dissemination and development of STEP BONE CUT, as the source of happiness for everyone.
1. Continuously learning the STEP BONE CUT appropriately.
2. Agree with the activity contents and promote the activities together.
【会員の種類と、ライセンス料について】（税別）
（１）個人会員 年間ライセンス料 $50(初年度無料)
（２）法人会員 年間ライセンス料 300ドル
【Types of membership and license fee】 (excluding tax)
(1) Personal Membership Annual license fee $50 (Free for the first year)
(2) Corporate Membership Annual license fee $300
（基本事項）
【Basic Terms】
1. ステップボーンカットの技術レベル保持、美容業界の技術と値引きダンピングからの脱出、美容師の価値の向上のため、当協会を設立したこと。
1. This association was established based on the idea of maintaining the quality of the STEP BONE CUT technique, and of increasing hair stylists’ marketability.
2. ステップボーンカットは「ヘアカット方法」の日本特許を取得 (特許第5191614号) しています。
2. STEP BONE CUT has acquired a Japanese patent as a "Hair Cutting Method" (Patent No. 5191614).
3.ステップボーンカットは当協会代表理事牛尾早百合の （日本・米国・中国・香港・台湾・韓国）の登録商標であり、商標使用の認定制度を設けていること。
3.STEP BONE CUT is a registered trademark in Japan, the US, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea by the representative director of this association, Sayuri Ushio.There is a certification system for acquiring the rights to use the trade name and trademark.
4. ステップボーンカットを顧客に施術するときは、専用シザーとステップボーンカットプロダクツ RAW MINERAL MIST PROを必ず使用し、各種認定資格の制限を守ること。
4. The specially designed scissors and STEP BONE CUT PRODUCTS RAW MINERAL MIST PRO are required to be utilized when the members apply the STEP BONE CUT to the client.
5.業務用のRAW MINERAL MIST PRO を店販商品として販売しないこと。
5.RAW MINERAL MIST PRO is strictly for retail use. Resale is prohibited.
6. 会員はステップボーンカットをアップグレード版のカットとして通常カットの30ドル以上の価格差を設けるように推奨すること。
6.Members are encouraged to charge $30 or more for the STEP BONE CUT, in order to differentiate it from regular haircuts.
7. 同認定法人の認定スタイリスト以外に当協会の許可なく特許技法を教える等の行為をしないこと。
7. Members are not allowed to teach the STEP BONE CUT techniques to non-association members without the association’s permission.
8. 認定スタイリスト以外にステップボーンカットと称して施術させないこと。
9. Non-certified stylists are prohibited from using the STEP BONE CUT on clients.
9. 協会の許可なく作った広告やWEBに関する法令違反に関して、協会は一切責任を追わないこと。
9. The association is not responsible for any illegal activity regarding advertisements or websites that are created without permission.
10. ステップボーンカットの商標侵害があれば、協会本部に報告すること。
10. If there is any trademark infringement, it must be reported to the association immediately.
11. 当協会の年度は、1/1〜12/31と設定されていること。
11. The association's fiscal year is from January 1st to December 31st.

【The Use of Trade Name for Promotion】
1. 認定スタイリストは「ステップボーンカット」、マスター認定スタイリストは「ステップボーンカットマスター」の称号を使用できること。
1. Certified Stylists can use the "STEP BONE CUT", and Master-Certified Stylists can use the "STEP BONE CUT MASTER".
2. A corporation registered with the association with a Certified Master Stylist can use the trade name STEP BONE CUT certified salon.
3. 上記名称変更や技術アレンジをしないこと。
3. Any changes in technique or trade name are prohibited.
（セミナーの開催と認定試験）
【Seminars and Certificate Exams】
1. 最少人数に満たない場合、当協会のコース日程変更、又は中止する場合があること。
1. The date of a seminar may be changed or canceled if the number of participants does not reach the required minimum.
2. 認定試験を受験するために、コース受講前に当協会に入会すること。
2. In order to take the final certificate exam, participants are required to join the association prior to signing up for the Basic Certificate Course.
3. コースは、基礎14時間、テクニック14時間、マスター20時間のうち各コースの最終日は、6時間の認定試験、サティフィケート（認定書）の授与、認定説明に要すること。
3. The course consists of 14 hours of basic skills and 20 hours of master skills. Participants are required to attend a 6-hour certification exam, a certification award, and a certification explanation on the final day of each course.
4. 不合格者は別日に補講及び再検定を受けること。それでも満たない場合は再受講すること。
4. Participants who fail the certificate exam, may take a supplementary class and retake the certificate exam on a different day. If the supplementary class is not sufficient, failed participants may retake the course for an extra cost.
5. 各コースの認定試験を合格することで、各ライセンス使用権利があり、認定試験と認定ライセンス登録料は各コース受講料に含まれていること。
5. Only the participants who pass the certificate exam have the right to use the STEP BONE CUT license. The fee for the certificate exam and certificate license registration is included in each course’s tuition.
（基礎、テクニック認定コース合格後の資格等について）
【After Passing the Basic Certificate and Technical Certificate Courses】
1. ステップボーンカット認定スタイリストの称号を与えられる。
1. The title of STEP BONE CUT Certified Stylist is awarded.
2. 法人会員及び、認定スタイリストはステップボーンカットプロダクツを卸価格（販売価格の40パーセント）で仕入れられること。
2. Corporate members and certified stylists can purchase STEP BONE CUT PRODUCTS at wholesale prices (40% of the sales prices).
3. 法人会員は、STEP BONE CUT加盟サロンとなる。
3. The title of STEP BONE CUT Certified Stylist is awarded.
（マスター認定コース合格後の資格等について）
【After Passing the Master Certificate Course】
1. マスターコースの受講には、認定法人登録が必須であり、合格者はステップボーンカットマスター認定スタイリストの称号が得られること。
1. Certified corporate registration is required to attend the master course, and attendees who pass the exam shall receive the title of STEP BONE CUT MASTER Certified Stylist.
2. ステップボーンカット認定サロンの称号はマスター認定されたスタッフが在籍するサロンのみが使用できること。
2. The title of STEP BONE CUTMASTER Certified Salon title can only be used by salons that have one or more staff members who have the master certification.
3. 1年以内にマスター認定合格、又はマニュアル更新セミナーを受講したマスター認定スタイリストは、社内スタッフに、基礎あるいはテクニックコース内容を教える社内講師の資格を持ち、社内スタッフは本コース受講が免除される。1年を過ぎたマスター認定スタイリストは、マニュアル更新セミナーを受講すること。
3. Master-certified stylists who have passed the master certification exam or attended a manual update seminar within one year are qualified as internal instructors who can teach internal staff members the basic or technical course, making these internal staff to be exempted from taking this course. Master-certified stylists who passed the exam for one year should attend a manual update seminar.
4. 社内スタッフは、受講前に当協会に入会し、ステップボーンカット専用シザーをリーズすること。認定試験はニューヨーク本部で受験し、その合格により認定登録（費用詳細３ab）することができる
4. Internal staff members must join the Association and lease the dedicated STEP BONE CUT scissors before attending the course. The certification exam can be taken at the New York Head Office, and those who pass it can register for certification (see 3ab for the cost details).
5.法人会員であるステップボーンカット認定サロンはステップボーンカットプロダクツの全ラインナップの販売を推奨すること。
5.STEP BONE CUT Certified Salons that become corporate members should promote the complete lineup of STEP BONE CUT PRODUCTS to their customers.
（認定法人のライセンス更新）
【Corporation Registration Renewal】

マスターコース受講月よりライセンス費用が発生し、ライセンス更新費用を12月末迄に納入すること（費用詳細１a）
1. The license fee shall be incurred from the month when starting taking the master course, and the license renewal fee shall be paid by the end of December.
2. マスター認定スタイリストが管理者として在籍していること。
2. Salons must have a Master-certified stylists as one of the managers.
3. マスター認定スタイリストが法人に不在であると、認定法人の登録資格は消滅すること。
3. A corporation’s registration with the association will be canceled if the Master-certified stylists leaves that corporation.
4. マスター認定スタイリストが新たに会社を立ち上げた場合は、新たに認定法人の登録をすること。
4. When a Master-certified stylists starts a new corporation, the Master-certified stylists will need to re-register with the association.
（ステップボーンカット認定サロンの資格）
【Requirements of STEP BONE CUT Certified Salon】
1. 当協会に法人登録しておりかつ、マスター認定スタイリストが管理者として在籍するサロンは、認定サロンの資格を持つこと。
1. Salons must be registered with the association and must have a Master-certified Stylist as one of the managers in order to use the trade name STEP BONE CUT Certified Salon.
2. ステップボーンカットのサロン販売促進権利を持つこと。
2. Certified salons have e the rights to use STEP BONE CUT in their promotional materials.
3.屋号、SNS名にSTEP BONE CUT名称の使用禁止。サロントップサイトのタイトル、広告に加えるには、制限を受ける。ロゴは直径11cm迄に収めること。
3. It is prohibited to use the STEP BONE CUT as a salon name or social media account name. There are restrictions to add it to the title of the salon top site and advertisements. The logo must be up to 4.33 in (11 cm) in diameter.
（その他）
【Other】
1. 当協会のセミナーの受講金額、講習時間、特典、贈呈教材等は予告なく変更する場合があること。
1. Seminar tuition, hours, privileges, rewards, and teaching material may change without prior notice.
2. 上記の義務等に違背したときは当協会からの退会を命じられるか、若しくはライセンス使用契約が更新されないこと。
2. Membership will be terminated or renewal will be canceled in case of violation of any of the above obligations.
（損害賠償）
【Compensation for Damage】
1. 貴殿の責に帰すべき事由に基づき、当協会が損害を被ったときは、貴殿は、直ちにその損害の賠償をしなければならないこと。
1. Members will be held personally responsible and liable for causing any damage to the association’s reputation.
2. 下記の禁止事項が発覚した場合、当協会は、貴殿に対して損害賠償を請求することができ、貴殿はそれに速やかに応じなければならないこと。
2. In the event that the following prohibitions are discovered, the association has the right to claim damages against members. A response will be needed immediately.
（禁止事項）
【Prohibitions】
1. 当協会で覚えた技術を、みだりに他者に教え、模倣した技術を使ってセミナーやスクールを開くこと。
1. Members are prohibited from teaching any cuts, proprietary techniques or seminars that resemble the association patented cuts, techniques or seminars.
2. 登録を完了しないままステップボーンカットを使用する、または教えること。
2. Stylists who have not completed registration are not permitted to use or teach the STEP BONE CUT techniques.
3. 協会を退会後にステップボーンカットを提供すること。
3. Once stylists are no longer members of the association, they are prohibited from providing clients anything associated with STEP BONE CUT.
4. 協会を退会後にステップボーンカットを他者に教えること。
4. Once stylists are no longer members of the association, they will no longer be able to teach anything associated with STEP BONE CUT.
5. ステップボーンカットを模倣した類似サービスを使い、接客をすること。
5. The association retains all rights to materials, techniques, teaching methodology, etc.
（費用詳細）

（特約） 修繕はユーザーが有償で行う。紛失、盗難等の場合は、専用シザーを有償
（ $640）にて再リースする。リース期間は会員期間とし、退会時に返還すること

(Special Contract) Repairs will be done by the user for a fee. In the case of loss, theft etc., you will be compensating for the exclusive scissors
Re-leases will be at $640. During the lease period, you will be in our membership program, which can be waived when you chose to withdraw.
